Your purchase of any Services is both non-transferable and non-refundable.
We are not required to issue any refunds, either full or partial, for any reason. This includes changes to the schedule, structure, or content of the Service, as well as any inability on your part to attend or participate in the Service.
In the rare event that a refund is issued, you agree that the refunded amount may be provided either in cash or as credit towards other PrimeGrowth Academy Services of equivalent value, at the sole discretion of PrimeGrowth Academy.

Here is an overview of our Refund Policy (For Non-Indian Customers):

This is applicable only for International payments.
Refunds will be processed within 20-30 working days from the date of approval, and the credited amount will reflect in the customer’s bank account within this timeframe.
Customers may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment or incorrect billing.
Failure to deliver the subscribed/enrolled service or product.
Technical issues that prevent access to a paid service or platform (after verification).
